Frypans
The traditional fry pan shape is perfect for small meals, eggs & omelettes. Note - all 11 and 12" Swiss Diamond frypans have a "helper" handle, that may not be evident in all images. The 8" and 10" frypans do not have a helper handle.
NEW !! - Featuring Induction frypans - Ordinary pressure cast aluminum does not work on induction ranges. The induction series offers the advantage of the excellent thermal characteristics of our thick pressure cast aluminum body which makes perfect contact with the cooking surface. We use a newly designed base which does not use a bond or braised encapsulated disk, but a magnetic steel alloy put on by a plasma gun at extremely high temperature. This newly patented design offers an optimum magnetic field for transferring the heat evenly to the interior cooking surface of the pan.
