11" Induction Frypan

The 11” diameter, traditional fry pan shape is perfect for small meals, eggs & omelettes.

Swiss Diamond cookware features revolutionary non-stick nano-composite using diamond crystals, up to 200,000 per pan, – the hardest material known to man – to form a virtually indestructible non-stick cooking surface that will not peel, crack or blister. These thick 6mm pressure cast aluminum pans will not warp. In addition, the ergonomically designed handles are stay cool and oven safe up to 500°F. Swiss Diamond is easy clean, dishwasher safe and metal utensil safe. There is a limited lifetime warranty against defects. The pans are made in Switzerland.

The induction series offers the advantage of the excellent thermal characteristics of our thick pressure cast aluminum body which makes perfect contact with the cooking surface. We use a newly designed base which does not use a bond or braised encapsulated disk, but a magnetic steel alloy put on by a plasma gun at extremely high temperature. This newly patented design offers an optimum magnetic field for transferring the heat evenly to the interior cooking surface of the pan.

Induction pieces are NOT to be used on gas ranges.

When using induction cookware with magnetic sensor technology, the stoves cooking/burner zone needs to be the same size or larger than the round magnetic raised portion of the bottom of the pan. The 6424i has a base of 7.5” which fits an 8” cooking zone/burner zone or larger and the 6428i has a base of 8.8” which fits a 9 inch cooking zone/burner or larger.
