Warranty

Please note that in order to get a product replaced under warranty you will need to contact Swiss Diamond directly where they will ask you for your
  • name name
  • address
  • phone number
  • and what kind of pan it is
They will then issue you with an RA form which they would need you to to box up with their pan. When the box is ready for shipment, mail it according to the instructions on the calltag to Swiss Diamond. If they select to replace, they will mail the replacement back to postpaid.

If the pan is not abused, Swiss Diamond will then replace your pan.

Please note ...
a) This warranty does not include glass lids. Replacement lids may be obtained from our website.
b) Swiss Diamond USA Inc (we are not Swiss Diamond, we are a retailer of their products) will repair or replace, at their discretion, any item found to be defective, to the original purchaser. The decision whether an item is considered defective under this warranty rests solely with them.
c) Should a defective item no longer be available, for whatever reason, an item of similar function and value will be substituted. The Swiss Diamond Warranty is NOT a money-back guarantee.
d) Swiss Diamond product claimed as defective under this warranty must be sent back according the details above. Items sent back without an R/A will be not be processed.
e) Allow 2 - 4 weeks for disposition and processing of warranty claims.
f) For clarity, please include a note with your return details, what you are complaining about, and the name of the retailer that you purchased your product from.
