11" Square Covered Saute Pan (5QT)

The covered square fry pan/chicken fryer is a large 11” x 11” size with tall sides to prevent splattering. It has a vented metal-rimmed heat tempered glass cover and a cast aluminum helping handle. This pan is perfect for sautéing, frying, and its 5qt capacity is the ideal size for frying chicken. Swiss Diamond cookware features revolutionary non-stick nano-composite using diamond crystals, up to 200,000 per pan, – the hardest material known to man – to form a virtually indestructible non-stick cooking surface that will not peel, crack or blister. These thick 6mm pressure cast aluminum pans will not warp. In addition, the ergonomically designed handles are stay cool and oven safe up to 500°F.
