11" Covered Stock Pot (8.5QT)

Our large capacity 8.5qt. covered deep stock pot has two side handles. It also has a vented metal-rimmed heat tempered glass cover, and is perfect for slow simmering for stock, soups, pastas, vegetables and lobsters. Swiss Diamond cookware features revolutionary non-stick nano-composite using diamond crystals, up to 200,000 per pan, – the hardest material known to man – to form a virtually indestructible non-stick cooking surface that will not peel, crack or blister. These thick 6mm pressure cast aluminum pans will not warp. In addition, the ergonomically designed handles are stay cool and oven safe up to 500°F.
